How long does 23andme take?
The length of the 23andmeDNA test is determined by the number of family members you want to compare to the information on your DNA. For example, if you choose to compare your results to those of your parents, grandparents, and siblings, the length of your test will be longer.
A 23andme health report can also be obtained in less than 24 hours. Typically, the whole process takes between two to three days to complete, depending on your needs, whether you choose to upload raw or compiled data, and whether you want a written product as well. You will be sent a tracking number when your 23andme results are ready.
How long does it take to get your ndme results?
Typically, 23andme tests are processed within two to three weeks. However, your results can take longer. If you submitted your samples more than 30 days after ordering, there’s a chance your test could take up to four weeks to process.
It can take up to two weeks for 23andMe to receive your de-identified raw data results and another two weeks to review the findings. If you are a carrier of a specific genetic disease, you will be notified immediately by email. The carrier status results take between one to two weeks.

Typically, the time it takes to receive your results depends on how many regions you have tested, and whether you want to also provide your physician with the raw data (more on this in a moment). If you have more than 25 areas, your report will take longer to receive.
