How to print excel with page numbers?
This depends on the software you are using. If you use the “Export to Excel” feature in the software, page numbers will automatically be added, if you are using the default settings. If you set the page break manually, you will need to add page numbers manually as well.
In that case, you can use the “Print” menu to add page numbers to the header. This is the fastest way to add page numbers to excel. If you have many sheets in your Excel file, then the page number won't automatically start from the first sheet.
So, you need to either set up the page number manually or use a page break at the start of each sheet. To set the page number manually, right click on the page header in the Excel sheet and choose Page Layout. Then, under Page Setup, enter the page number you want to use for your report.
