How to print excel with row and column numbers?
There are two methods to print excel spreadsheet with row and column numbers. If you are using the default printing option in Excel, you will not include row and column numbers automatically. However, you can print Excel spreadsheet with row and column numbers using two methods.
One is by printing as picture and the other is by printing as table. This issue can be fixed by going to the Review tab and choosing the Print dialog box. Now, here you need to change the Page Layout to Print to keep the headers and footers visible on every page.
The header and footer are the section at the top and bottom of your Excel spreadsheet respectively. Now, you can easily change the header and footer to the names of columns and rows respectively. This will show the row and column number on every sheet as you print them.

If you want to print the spreadsheet with row and column headings but without renumbering the contents, you can use the Page Layout view. The printing of Excel sheets can be customized to include row and column headings.
The default settings show row and column numbers, but you can choose to have them hidden. You can also choose to print the sheet in landscape or portrait mode and include or exclude gridlines. To do this, go to the Page Layout tab and select the Print Gridlines check box. To remove gridlines, click the box again.
