How to stop a pending Venmo payment?
If you did not authorize the transaction, you can cancel the transaction by canceling the payment. If you missed the window to cancel the payment, you can contact support to do so. If you want to stop a pending payment on Venmo, you can do it by canceling the request that was made.
However, you can’t cancel a request after it has been submitted. To stop a pending payment, you can freeze all transactions (unless you’re the payer or the recipient). Or, you can block the payer and the recipient.

How to cancel a pending Venmo payment?
