If an item is back ordered, it means that an increased number of orders placed for that product have caused it to temporarily run out of stock. This may be due to a sudden spike in demand, or to a short supply in the warehouse.
If this is the case, we will automatically cancel all back-ordered items and reorder them from the manufacturer when stock becomes available. We will then ship out your replacement to you as soon as possible. Like the name implies, back-ordered items are in stock but are in the process of being reordered.
Most back-ordered items are available to be shipped within 7-14 days. However, the wait time can be longer for some items.
